Acceptance
By using ToolFoundry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Permitted use
You may use the public tools for lawful personal or commercial planning. You may not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security controls, automate abusive traffic, or misrepresent ToolFoundry output as a certified production guarantee.
Your files
You retain all rights to images selected on your device. ToolFoundry does not claim ownership of those files and, in the current implementation, does not receive them.
Estimates and professional requirements
Dimensions and arithmetic are provided for general information. Print appearance depends on source quality, crop, color management, printer technology, paper, sharpening, and viewing conditions. Confirm critical requirements with the production provider.
No warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. ToolFoundry does not warrant uninterrupted availability, universal browser support, or suitability for a particular production workflow.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ToolFoundry and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or production losses arising from reliance on a calculation or inability to use the service.
Changes
These terms may change as features, providers, or legal requirements change. The reviewed date will be updated when material revisions are published.
